Option 1: Commission Structure
Our simple commission structure is follows:
- 1% + admin fee $488 + marketing if under offer during the second week upon the date of signing an agency agreement
- 2% + admin fee $488 + marketing if under offer during the third week upon the date of signing an agency agreement
- Thereafter 2.88% + admin fee $488 + marketing applies
