Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

Please note that the accuracy of your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) given to us is important but however, in the rare occasions when the office is unattended upon your arrival, kindly contact our head office at +64 3 960 8018, or +64 21 232 7080 by call or through text message for us to guide you to check-in. Our roaming hospitality manager would be with you within 15 minutes.

Booking and Cancellation Policy

If you wish to confirm your booking immediately, please book online by going to the Booking page, or call our friendly Christchurch hostel direct from within NZ on (03) 960 8018. Please have your credit card details ready. Family and group bookings please call or email us direct so we can best suit your needs. International callers +64 3 9608018.

Our Christchurch Accommodation might have more availability than what is shown online so please do not hesitate to give us a call.

We will respond to your online inquiry as soon as possible, however bookings are not confirmed until credit card details are received.

Card details are used only for 'no shows', or cancellations within 48 hours of the booking.

Long Term Stays:

  • 1 person: $200 per week. 2 persons: $220 per week. Include power, phone, wireless internet broadband. Shared facilities. More than 1 month (4 weeks). Any daily extensions would be $60 per day/night unless extend by another 4 weeks or longer term. 1 week refundable deposit.

  • Campervan/caravan/motor home (powered parking lot): $150 per week, plus $10 for each additional person in each motor home. Each additional parking lot may be available at $20 per week, shared facilities.
